AV BRYAN JAMEISON GARAGE REPAIRS
Location: Alexandria, VA
Scope of work: Federal Government project to address the decaying structural and drainage issues at the Jamieson Street Parking Garage entrance and to prevent a recurrence of this issue in the future.
Work includes shoring, demolition, and permanent concrete repairs for overhead concrete garage structure as well as vertical repairs of concrete; demolition and permanent repair concrete slab on grade; removal and replacement of waterproofing; removal and provision of brick pavers; and replacement of cast drain trenches and floor drains. Project also has requirements for the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 to utilize Low Embodied Carbon materials.
Project required irregular work hours and close coordination with the Federal Judges, staff, and courts in order to minimize noise and dust and minimize disruptions to court proceeding and traffic.

PARKING GARAGE WASHINGTON DC
Location: Washington DC VA Medical Center, Washington, DC
Scope of work: Construct a 258 space parking garage on top of the existing parking garage. The 80,000 square foot addition will add two additional levels including two stair towers and elevators. Work also includes all associated signage, storm drains, electrical, telecom, fire alarm, and HVAC work.

PARKING GARAGE RICHMOND
Location: H.H. McGuire Medical Center, Richmond, VA
Scope of work: construct a two bay, four level new parking garage. The structure provides 501 parking spaces and 164,000 square feet with two stair towers and an elevator. Work includes sitework, parking lot demolition, and utilities; auger piles; concrete foundations; precast concrete components; and all associated plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Due to vicinity near the Emergency Room and Primary Care Building, project must be constructed to allow full access to these facilities. .
